Nothing could be simpler than frying an egg, right? Incorrect, dear reader! Frying eggs is one of the deceptively tricky techniques in the kitchen, because it requires a bit of dexterity, knowledge, planning, and quality tools. We've all gotten a bit of shell in the white, or broken the yolk before it hits the pan.
