The goal for today’s training session is to figure out how and where we are supposed to take the 5 steps on the approach, and finally, with the help of some drills, we will be able to throw a smoother and much better shot by getting our bodies out of the way from the swing.

And yes, I will teach you the double cross-over.

Yes, I used EJ Tacket as it was the closest video I had to a PBA doing the double cross-over. He may not be perfect, but it gets the job done and I'm sure a lot of you like his bowling style and his 5 step approach.

Note: Learning the proper footwork is extremely important if you want to become a better bowler. Most bowlers use the 5 step approach, hence that's what I decided to use in this video.
