We after years of searching , JF surprised Teresa by finding and buying sight un-seen , a 1965 Porsche C , 1600SC Ruetter cabriolet .. Teresa calls in the "Diamond in the Rust" after all what girl doesn't like something shiny!
I think we may have bought the cheapest real 356 out there !
over the years we have looked at 356's , 912's , 911's and well anything Porsche from 1965 and older !
This little Porsche is going to get a makeover , we are going full blown OUTLAW ! turning this cabriolet into a speedster .
nothing is out of JF's scope of building - most likely we might even through this year take a visit to see Chip Foose in California just to spend some time sourcing where the original speedsters were made for .
should be a lot a fun -
as JF says ," Buckle up , Butter Cup ! " you're in for one hell of a ride !
