Today we show you how to replace a transfer case on a Touareg 1. We also disassemble the old transfer case to try and find out how it failed. The reason we are replacing the transfer case on the Touareg is due to a noise. This was a knocking noise under harder acceleration. In the first half of the video we take it apart, and in the second half we did a DIY.
