Vegan Buffalo Chicken Dip aka Vegan Buffalo Jackfruit Dip

40 minutes and 5 ingredients stand between you and a delicious homemade vegan buffalo chicken dip.

People will be begging you for the recipe and you will blow their minds that it’s vegan! 

If you are looking for a quick and easy game day or party appetizer then this is the recipe that you need!
Allergens: Coconut (depending on product you use - can be swapped to be Top 8 Allergen Free)


Ingredients:

* 20oz can jackfruit in water or brine, drained
* 8 oz vegan cream cheese (we use Wayfare or Violife)
* 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese (we use Violife or Follow your Heart)
* 1/2 cup hot sauce
* 1/2 cup vegan ranch (click link for homemade or we used Wayfare)

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2️⃣ Cut hard stems from jackfruit, remove seeds, and shred jackfruit (see post if you need more details).
3️⃣ In a large bowl or directly into the 1 qt oven safe dish you'll be baking in, add all your ingredients and mix until very well combined. Make sure that the cream cheese has been combined well.
4️⃣ Spread into one even layer.
5️⃣ Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly on the outside. 
6️⃣ Serve with your favorite dippers - tortilla chips, crackers, celery and more ideas in post.
