RECIPE BELOW ****

The Bowl:
-- Sprouted, Organic and Non-GMO Tofu, chopped into cubes
-- Chopped red cabbage
-- Avocado, diced
-- A few fresh berries (optional)
-- Sautéed cauliflower rice
-- Roasted cauliflower & sweet potato
-- Mixed Greens
-- Additional goodies: pecans, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, slivered almonds, etc

The measurements of ingredients will depend on the bowl you are serving it in. This one I made would be my lunch or dinner.

The Dressing — This will make 1/2 worth of dressing! You only need 1-2 tbsp to drizzle on the salad. My Simplicity tip to you is to make this larger batch and keep it in the fridge for the week. This dressing is going for EVERYTHING!
--1/2 cup Olive Oil
--1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
--1 tbsp Dijon mustard
--1 tsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup
