the mystery engine is finally getting some open heart surgery as we dig in and explore what it actually is and what all could be wrong with her!

now this is the engine out of our 1965 ford mustang "The Iron Horse" that we did a Live engine pull the other night on a live stream.

as we take the tunnel ram, valve covers, rocker arms, pushrods, and finally heads off this motor we made a few startling discoveries!

a couple of valve stems are toast! and one spring even lost one of its locking retailers and almost dropped the valve!

what else will we find as we explore even deeper into the heart of the Iron Horse?
