192TV gives the date as February 1974, but it's from a bit earlier than that. If you have any information about the TV show or the exact broadcast date, kindly share it in the comments, and I will update the description.

What is known is that the clip was broadcast on a Finnish music and talk TV programme called Iltatähti on the 1st of January 1974. A black and white clip believed to be taken from YLE (Finnish TV station) can be found on YouTube.

There are some suggestions that the clip might originate from a UK TV show called "LIFT OFF"; however, the available images I've seen from the wiped ITV show don't seem to match.
