Rumz (originally from the Arabic verb 'to make a sign'). Literally Rumz means: a sign, hint, nod, wink, insinuation, or innuendo. In mystical terms, as used in this song, it refers to the secret or hidden signs shared between two lovers (i.e. man and God).

The plural form Rumzaan used here refers to the whole set of hidden and enigmatic signs exchanged between the two lovers.

This Saraiki song is 200-300 year old, and has been performed by many great folk singers of Pakistan over the years.

Saraiki (سرائیکی Sarā'īkī, also spelt Siraiki, or Seraiki) is an Indo-Aryan language of the Lahnda (Western Punjabi) group spoken in the south-western half of the province of Punjab in Pakistan. It was previously known as Multani, after its main dialect.
Saraiki is the first language of over 20 million people in Pakistan, ranging across southern Punjab, southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and border regions of northern Sindh and eastern Balochistan.
