Ingredients:
1 package firm tofu
1 package hummus or try my homemade roasted garlic hummus
1/2 lemon juiced
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried basil
Vegan parmesan cheese
Oven ready lasagna noodles
1 jar marinara sauce
Vegan mozzarella cheese

Walnut Meat recipe
Ingredients:
A couple of dashes 1 tsp or so Liquid aminos
2 cups walnuts soaked overnight drained
3-6 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 yellow onion
1/4 cup sun dried tomato
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
Black pepper
2-3 tbsp Korean bbq sauce

Method for Walnut meat:
Drain water from soaked walnuts and place walnuts in a food processor.
Add onions, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, black pepper and couple dashes of liquid aminos.
Blend on medium for 10 seconds scrape down the sides, then another 10 seconds careful not to over process.
