Maggi is unofficially the favorite fast food of India.
And with the lockdown upon us, it is the go-to dish to satisfy our taste buds while we stay at home.However, in case you are bored of the regular serving of Maggi, here is an interesting and delicious variation that you should try this quaratine days.

For Indian Maggie Masala :
Ingredients :
• 1 small Capsicum
• 1 tbsp Corn
• 2 Medium Tomatoes
• 1 tbsp Ketchup
• Salt to taste
• Cheese
• 1 medium Onion
• 2 Pc Maggie Noodles

Method:
• Set a Kadahi on a medium flame and add oil/butter in it
• Add green peas, onion, capsicum and tomato 1 by 1 and sautee till mushy.
• Add water & stir cook the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes. Add maggi noodles and mix well- cook it for 5- 7 minutes before adding grated cheese.(Optional- incase you are a cheese lover).
• Finally add red chilli flakes and oregano for seasoning (Optional)
• Serve hot & enjoy the deliciousness.
