A run to Bordeaux airport is a regular trip for us and normally involves a short stop while waiting for the person we are collecting to come through security and locate them before making our way home. There are plenty of places to pick up some free electrons in the car park but this time there was no need to stop, so it ended up being a continuous 4 hour drive..not something I usually like to do without at least a 10 minute break to take my eyes off the road.. A round trip to Bordeaux is always a good opportunity to charge to 100%, have a bit of a giggle seeing what the GOM says about range before setting off on what is a really pleasant drive on fast roads through the lovely 'Cognac country'...
