After being able to spend a little bit of time with both cars I am blown away by the new technology that the 2016 BMW M2 possess and the E46 M3 still continues to impress. The 2016 BMW M2 is powered by a 3.0 - liter turbocharged inline - six that produces 350 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque and with the optional dual clutch automatic transmission the 2016 BMW M2 is able to reach 60 mph in just 4.0 seconds. This 2016 BMW M2 is equipped with an FI exhaust, gold BBS wheels, a satin black wrap and a bunch of other goodies. Now on the other side of the spectrum we have the BMW E46 M3 with a Rocket Bunny wide body kit! This car is powered by a 3.2 - liter Inline 6 producing 333 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque and is able to reach 60 miles an hour in about 5.0 seconds. The E46 BMW M3 is one of the most popular M3's ever built and still has a place in the heart of many BMW enthusiasts.
