Basic Toast Recipe

*Basic Toast

[Ingredients]
A slice of bread
1T of brown sugar (10g)
Some margarine

[How to make basic toast]
1. Preheat a pan over medium-low heat, then grease some margarine on the pan.
2. Cook both sides of bread well until golden.
3. Sprinkle brown sugar and fold it in half.

*Cheese Toast
[Ingredients]
2 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/2 cup of green onions (40g)
1 sliced cheese
Some sea salt
2T of brown sugar (20g)
Some margarine

[How to make cheese toast]
1. Prepare green onions, finely chopped.
2. Whisk 2 eggs in a cup; add green onions and salt into the cup.
3. Add some margarine to a pan and pour in the egg mixture; put 2 slices of bread on the mixture and cook it.
4. If the egg mixture is fully cooked, grease the pan with margarine and flip it, then sprinkle brown sugar over it.
5. Layer sliced cheese on the bread and fold it in half, then cook both sides until golden.

*Ham and Cheese Toast

[Ingredients]
2 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/3 cup of cabbage (30g)
1/3 cup of green onions (30g)
1/2T of carrot (5g)
2 sliced ham
2 sliced cheese
2T of brown sugar (20g)
Some sea salt
Some margarine

[How to make ham and cheese toast]
1. Thinly slice cabbage and finely chop green onions.
2. Chop up carrot and set aside.
3. Whisk 2 eggs in a cup; combine cabbage, carrot, green onions, and sea salt.
4. Grease the pan with margarine and pour in the egg mixture, then put 2 slices of bread over the mixture.
5. If the mixture is fully cooked, bake the bread in the pan while covering margarine.
6. Fully toast sliced ham on one side of the pan, and put it on the top of the egg.
7. Add sliced cheese on the ham.
8. Evenly sprinkle brown sugar over the cheese and fold the bread in half.
9. If the toast becomes golden, serve it on the plate and cut it half.
