On our trip to Five Mile pass, we decided it would be fun to find all of the abandoned mine shafts from the old Mercur mining disctrict from the late 1800's. There seem to be 7 holes in all, but maybe there's another one we haven't found yet. We also ran into a bit of a rainstorm on our way out
