The EDGE of Existence program of the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) takes the 18th BBVA Foundation Worldwide Award for Biodiversity Conservation for identifying and carrying forward specific conservation actions, within a scientific framework, targeting evolutionary distinct species that are also at risk of extinction.
