In the first episode of 'Wah Yuh Drinkin?', veteran bartender/mixologist, Raakesh Madoo, takes Kezzianne on a tour of the Caribbean with a tantalizing Rum Punch Cocktail:

2 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 - 1 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
4 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Freshly Grated Nutmeg

Glassware: Old Fashioned

Garnish: Orange Slices and Maraschino Cherry

Methodology: Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and double strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned Glass. Apply freshly grated nutmeg on top of drink and thereafter garnish appropriately.
