The DJ's pranked 10,000 German loving techno fans with a mix incorporating Australian floor company National Tiles and its infamous voice Frank Walker, which was made famous by its advertising slogan.

Put these elements together and you have mad Germans dancing to Frank Walker from National Tiles.
