Preparation
(1) Chop 150g of chicken breast into minces
(2) Add 50g of pork to the total amount and chop all meat into purée
(3) Crush 200g of Tofu into shredded pieces, put it in the same bowl with chicken purée
(4) Season it with 1/2 tsp of salt, 15g of flour, 15g of corn starch and black pepper
(5) Mix them well

Honey Mustard Sauce 蜂蜜芥末醬 (適合雞塊,魚排,牛排,漢堡肉)
(1) 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
(2) 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
(3) 1 tbsp of Honey
(4) 1 tsp of soy sauce
(5) Mix them well

Cocktail Sauce
(1) 2 tbsp of ketchup
(2) 2 tsp of tonkatsu sauce
(3) 1/2 tsp of Tabasco
(4) 1/2 tsp of garlic paste
(5) Mix them well

Method
(1) Add 1/2 tsp of oil
(2) Scoop out chicken purée by spoons and form in shape
(3) Pan-fry the nuggets over low heat
(4) Pan-fry until golden brown
(5) Touch the nuggets. If it’s quite bouncy, you can take them out
