What is a Turbonator® VGT Ball Bearing? This is a brand-new technology!

BALL BEARING TURBO
Running a Ball Bearing Turbo by itself will allow your truck to spool up 200-300 rpms faster (which makes it feel very snappy), provides more power, better response it will feel like you are driving a different truck.

A Ball bearing turbo will make every point in the rpm band, which means it takes less throttle to go the same distance, and if it takes less throttle your mileage goes up. It’s a lot more efficient. A ball bearing can handle higher thrust loads, it is not going to cock the turbo shaft. Compared to journal bearing turbos, Ball bearings are more durable, quicker spool up, better efficiency which results in improved fuel economy and power output.

TURBONATOR VGT
The Turbonator VGT by itself effectively changes the a/r ratio, it optimizes exhaust pressure the angle of attack on the vanes of the turbine wheel. The Infinitely adjusting variable Airfoils efficiently change the, velocity, angle & volume of exhaust entering the turbine. The Turbonator VGT improves spool up time by 200-400 rpms and overall performance across the entire rpm band, ultimately increasing your trucks fuel mileage.

TURBONATOR® VGT/INT BALL BEARING
You add the VGT that spools up 200-400 rpms with the ball bearing that also improves spool up by 200-300 rpms. You add them together and the performance and quick spool up will blow you away. It allows you to go with an extremely large turbo, yet have the fast spool-up like a small stock turbo.

All while maintaining a balanced Exhaust to boost pressure ratio
