This HD Foam shield is completely convention or ren faire safe and a great simple DIY tutorial that can be easily painted for customization. Learn the step by step process I took to put this shield together along with the acrylic painting techniques I used to take if from a raw eva foam prop shield to Cosplay battle ready.
