I looked all over the web to see if I need to extend my break ad clutch cables. With a 14" bar addition to my 2022 Road Glide. I spoke to the dealership and they said NO. I spoke to KST Kustoms who makes handlebars specifically and they said YES. I watched videos and some said YES while others said NO. Well, I installed my own bars and only need to get the wire harness extension. Everything else works like a charm.
