WHAT, WHY and HOW:

This video was made when Cloud Atlas was still in theatres so I didn't have the whole film to work with. I love the film - and Ben Whishaw's story was the one that I love the most. I couldn't get it out of my mind for days after seeing the film, and I have completely fallen in love with Ben Whishaw. This is why I made this edit. I don't want to have to watch all 5 minutes of the trailer for his bits.

I know the editing is horrible - that's because I only had the trailer to work with. I included most of the clips with Ben (some were too short to be included) and all his lines except "and different ages" which should come after "different lives", because it was overlapped with something else and sounded weird when I kept it in. The sequence is different from how they appeared in the original trailer, and the clips were matched to different parts of the soundtrack to make it less jumpy.

When I could get my hands on the whole film, maybe I'll do something better. ;)
