✨Ingredients

•850g boneless Chicken thighs
(preferably chicken thighs)
•1tbsp Garlic paste
•1tbsp ginger paste
•Salt as you taste
•1tbsp Coriander powder (dahnia)
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1tsp Cumin powder (zeera)
•1tbsp Onion powder
•1tbsp Kashmiri Red chili powder
•1tbsp Red chili powder
•4-5 Green chilies (fine chopped /paste)
•2tbsp Lemon juice
•100g (1/2 cup) Yogurt
•1/2tsp Turmeric powder
•1tsp Garm masala powder
•pinch of Food color (orange,red)
•3tbsp Rice flour
•3tbsp corn flour
•oil for frying

Tarka
• 2tbsp Oil
•1tbsp minced Garlic
•2-3 green and red Chilies
•3-4 fresh Curry leaves
Sprinkle with black pepper and salt
