ok maybe not curly, but it's wavy at the very least. hi everyone! today, i'm going to show you how i learned how to embrace my natural hair texture and curl patterns. this took me lowkey my whole life to figure out so i hope this video helps you! remember that everyone's hair is different so what works for me might not work for you. being asian, i thought the only hair type that was even fathomable for me was pin-straight and thick. clearly that is not the case. growing up, i've rarely seen curly asian hair depicted or even talked about. honestly, i didn't know it was a common thing until a few years ago. so i hope my many years of trial and error will help someone out there.

ps,
the thing hanging in the little pot in the macramé holder behind me is a little stuffed animal that my friends got me about a year ago. i have absolutely no idea what it is but i think it's cute.
