All wheel drive not engaging or is there AWD error light on the dashboard? Before taking the vehicle to the mechanical shop it is a good idea to check AWD fuse. It is something you can do by yourself ( 2011 | 2012 | 2013 | 2014 | 2015 | 2016 | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 | 2020 | SE | SXT | R/T | CREW | 3.6L ).

First AWD fuse will be located in the main fuse box which is under the front hood. Check Fuse F177 (20A).

Second AWD fuse is in a small fuse box under the glove box. Check Fuse F120 (10A).

If both of these fuses are good then you will have to scan the module for any codes and follow up on those. trip to a licensed mechanic might be necessary.
