Today's SOLO SUV Camping Adventure, I share an easy, one pot camping recipe idea; adaptable to suit your taste and can also be cooked in a small pot on a gas stove or at home.
Recipe:
1 Cup water with 1 tsp Chicken Flavored Bouillon or 1 tsp Chicken Better Than Bouillon (Reduced Sodium) OR 1 Cup Chicken Broth
1/2 Carrot, grated
1/2 Celery stalk, finely chopped
1 Green Onion, finely chopped
2 Tblsp. Green Peas
Ginger, to taste
Low Sodium Soy Sauce, to taste
Bring to boil
5-6 Bibigo Wonton
Boil 4 minutes.
Enjoy!
