In this video I show how to finish the Bow Navigation and Stern Anchor light including the final wiring. I start the video as a continuation of the last video that I uploaded on the Classic Montauk 17 restoration,    • How To Install Bow Nav Light Wiring W...  .
I found a really neat distribution box very similar to the ones Boston Whaler originally used for the bow and stern lighting. See below for link to that. One thing I notices is that the rope guides (Bollards?) on the bow light are cocked rearwards. The best I can figure out is that this is not the original as the light assembly is resting on the inner 2 pieces of the bow rail, causing it to sit at an odd angle. I'll trim away the rub rail at some point so it sits flush. You can see this clearly at (4:02).
One last note, I used marine grade wiring (stranded, individually tinned) wiring on all the wiring on this project and heat shrink protected crimp terminal connectors wherever possible to prevent corrosion in the future.
