Filament Print Test PA12Carbon from Extruded Material
Today we want to test the last week extruded PA12 with 10% carbon whether it is also good to print on the printer. I take the material as it came out of the extruder. Not dried that has the disadvantage that the surface is not so nice the layer adhesion is not so good and some other disadvantages. But as you can see in my video, it still prints well without warping. Now you can imagine that it dries much better and the surface will be perfect. In one of my next videos I will test the material then completely.

Heute wollen wir das letzte Woche extrudierte PA12 mit 10 % Carbon testen ob es auf dem Drucker auch gut zu Drucken ist. Das Material nehme ich so wie es aus dem Extruder raus gekommen ist. Nicht getrocknet das hat den Nachteil das die Oberfläche nicht so schön ist die Layerhaftung ist nicht so gut und noch einige andere Nachteile. Aber wie ihr in meinen Video sehen könnt läßt es sich trotzdem gut Drucken ohne Warping. Jetzt könnt ihr euch ja Vorstellen das es getrocknet sich viel besser verarbeiten läßt und die Oberfläche dann perfekt wird. In einer meiner nächsten Videos werde ich das Material dann komplett testen.
