The Krka National Park is located along the Krka River in central Dalmatia, Croatia, close to the town of Šibenik.

Proclaimed in 1985, the park covers an area of 109 square kilometers and is home to a lare variety of endangered species.
Among tourists, the Park is mostly famous for its pools with several waterfalls, especially the "Skradinski buk" and "Roški Slap". Apart from this, there are some remains of fortresses and other buildings, which are of archeological interest.
