INGREDIENTS:

๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp rosemary

๐Ÿ”น 1 cup crushed tomatoes (from a can)
๐Ÿ”น 7 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
๐Ÿ”น 2 cups red lentils, rinsed and drained
๐Ÿ”น Kosher salt
๐Ÿ”น Zest of 1 lemon
๐Ÿ”น Juice of 2 lemons
๐Ÿ”น Fresh parsley for garnish
