A career in Instructional Design is perfect for anyone who loves learning and helping others develop and grow. One of the things that I love about my instructional design career is that there are so many different job options that you can pursue as an instructional designer.

You can wear just the instructional designer hat or you can wear the instructional designer / eLearning developer hat or you can be the instructional designer / eLearning developer / LMS administrator / trainer.

Every organization treats instructional design differently. Aside from different hats, there are different spaces and environments that you can work in as an instructional designer. You can work in a corporate setting, a HigherEd setting, or work as a freelancer!

So many awesome options. In this video, we will explore the different hats you can wear in an instructional design job and the different work environments that you can work in as an instructional designer. And, bonus, we'll talk about instructional designer salaries!
