A local snacks in Malaysia, also known as Chinese Pancake filled with roasted peanut, cream corn and sugar. This is a recipe that you can clear your sourdough discard. Simple, quick and easy preparation, and serve hot in the morning.

Recipe makes 8-10 pancake (depending on pancake thickness)
Ingredients (batter)
200g all purpose flour
140g sourdough discard
260g milk
70g sugar
2 eggs
1tsp baking soda
Fillings
Ground peanuts
Cream corn
Sugar
