The MegaVac is a device that unclogs arteries and removes blood clots quickly and successfully made by Capture Vascular.

According to Dr. Chambers: If you don't take the blood clots out and you put a stent in you oftentimes break up the particles and they go downstream and plug up the little tiny vessels called distal embolization and you don't want that to happen.
