A: No! It's delicious, and I love it but it's also very satiating. I've never had more than one per day nor have I been tempted to do so.

Q: Do you have to use raw milk?
A: No, you can use any kind of milk (or milk alternative) that you want.

Q: Do you have to use the avocado?
A: No. It's less thick and creamy without the avocado, but still delicious! It does raise my blood sugar more without the avocado.
