In this video I do a training session with Lio, my wife's nephew, who is fairly new to hockey (he's only been for two seasons), and is going into the U13 with EHC Bayreuth.
He's been working really hard on his shot, and I try to give him a few tips for his shot and his training in general, as well as do a slow motion analysis of his shot, which shows exactly what he needs to change in his technique!
