In this video, I'll show you how to make this super easy vegan couscous salad in just 10 minutes. This salad is perfect if you don't feel like cooking but still want a healthy filling lunch.

- 60g Couscous
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Tomato
- 160g Chickpeas
- Salt & Black Pepper to taste
- 1 Garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tbsp Soy Yogurt (optional)
- 70g vegan Feta (optional)
