Spatchcock Turkey with Chilau Citrus Brine. Part 1.
Brine
1 Gallon Water
1 Cup Salt
1 Cup Sugar (I used cane sugar)
1 Cup Chilau Citrus - Flavor Base
2 Oranges sliced
Simmer until sugar and salt dissolves and cool with ice. I made 2 gallons, so I brined some baby back ribs too! 😃
Soak for 24 hours… to be continued….
