I recently got the opportunity to train and eat for 24 hours with three world champion sumo wrestlers and then face the biggest of them, who at 580 pounds is one of the heaviest Japanese people of all time, in a public exhibition match in front of 1,000 people. I am not a sumo wrestler myself but I did train for months in advance by bringing my own weight to almost 200 pounds and my squat weight to over 300 pounds in hopes of lasting just 30 seconds in the ring with Hiroki.
