This is the new 2019 Fiat 500X Sport, a more athletic take on the popular compact SUV. Our test car was powered by a 148bhp 1.3-litre Firefly petrol engine. Taking plenty of styling influence from the Fiat 500 supermini, this new Sport model adds 19-inch alloy wheels, sportier bodywork and reworked suspension.

The interior now features a 7-inch touchscreen display as standard, as well as an Alcantara steering wheel. Also standard is Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Boot space remains at 350-litres.
