To keep ourselves entertained during this quarantine, my roommate James and I decided to try make Kombucha for the first time. In addition to being rich in probiotics and antioxidants, kombucha also tastes really good and making it at home allows you to flavor it exactly how you like. The main issue with drinking kombucha is that it is often absurdly expensive when bought at the grocery store. So, in order to try to combat this, we decided to make it ourselves.
