I describe what it is like to spend one FULL day at the Wat Pa Tam Wua Buddhist Monestary in Northern Thailand. In this meditation retreat I learned to stay more calm, disciplined, and live a more mindful life. I stay at this Monestary for 10 days practicing meditation 3 times per day on a scheduled basis. I share what a day looks like and things that I've learned.
