- Reverse Curl
- Hammer Curl

1:25 Zottman Curl Demo
- Elbows into your side
- Start with palms facing up
- Supinated grip
- Curl dumbbells up while maintaining elbow position
- Twist palms to face each other at top of curl
- Neutral grip
- Now, extend elbows downwards while controlling dumbbells down
- Flex tricep at the bottom of the rep
- 8-12 reps
