It isn't nice to think there are Autistic people out there who don't think they can achieve a state of mind that is anything other than one or worry, anxiety or negativity. So I wanted to try and split my age groups through the years to see what I thought brought me happiness, and figure out whether I have found happiness today. And really hope it helps.
