Ita Osthoff has been working for MAHLE for around 35 years and is an assistant manager in the Aftermarket Europe department. She currently works as an assistant to the plant management at the Schorndorf location.

What she particularly appreciates about her job is the diversity of national and international employees. Through her years of collaboration, she has been able to get to know a variety of people and gather connections, which give her access to a lot of information and thereby make her work easier.
