This video covers a step by step guide to making a single piece gel coated vinylester and polyester fibreglass mould using the DIY Composites Eco Mould System to make a mould for use in making a carbon fibre epoxy resin infused virtual racing simulator heel rest. The Eco Mould system is used for making components in fibreglass, carbon fibre, flax and kevlar using the wet lay or resin infusion process or low volume out of autoclave pre-preg components using a suitable low temperature curing system.
