Hey. So, lately things have been tough with YouTube. It seems like the long form 30 minute movies don't cut it on the platform, at least in today's world of content, they're too much of a risk.
I can't spend 4 months making a video and cross my fingers hoping that it's going to do well. Also, disappearing for 4 months on this platform is just not sustainable at all.
Because of all the YouTube stress, I wanted to tell this story about my struggles and my journey towards focusing less on the results and more on the process. I think it's something all of us should do, life's happier that way.
Although YouTube has been tough and there are many many times where I find myself on the edge of self destruction, I do have this final idea for a little coming-of-age vlog series that I wanted to try out. I get to post more often so that's a lot of weight off of my shoulders (which is nice). And it gives me room to experiment. So here's to a new series (for the 50th time).
