Ingredients
雞腿馬鈴薯沙拉早餐/チキンポテサラモーニングセット
[1人份]
馬鈴薯 Potato—1個(200g)
雞腿肉 Chicken thigh—1片
綜合香草 Mixed herb
蒜頭 Garlic—2粒
雞蛋 Egg—1顆
洋蔥 Onion—1/4個
花椰菜 Broccoli—50g
美乃滋 Mayonnaise—2~3大匙
鹽巴&黑胡椒 Salt&Pepper

土司麵包 Sandwich bread—1張
雞蛋 Egg—1個
牛奶 Milk—150cc
砂糖 Sugar—1大匙
奶油 Butter

Preparation
Chicken Potato Salad
(1) 1/4 of Onion, cut into thin slices
(2) Add 1/4 tsp of salt in onion slices
(3) Mix them well
(4) Dehydrate the onion for 10 minutes

(5) 50g of blanched Broccoli, cut into small pieces

(6) 2 cloves of Garlic, chop each clove into half

(7) 1 Potato (about 200g), peel off the skin and cut into thick slices
(8) Cook through potato slices
(9) (After the potato slices are cooked through) Mash the potato slices with a masher

(10) 1 Chicken Thigh, cut the tendons
(11) Season with salt & pepper & mixed dry herb at both sides of chicken thigh

Preparation
French Toast (You can start these steps while waiting for the potato is cooked through)
(1) 1 Egg, add 1 tbsp of Sugar and mix them well
(2) Add 150 cc of milk, and mix them well
(3) 1 slice of Sandwich bread
(4) Dip both sides in the egg mixture and soak it for 15 minutes
(5) 15 minutes later, turn it over to let it soak evenly

Instructions
Chicken Potato Salad
(1) 1/2 tsp of oil
(2) Put to medium heat
(3) Add garlic
(4) Add chicken thigh (Skin side down)
(5) Take out the garlic first
(6) Keep frying the chicken thigh until golden brown
(7) Take out the chicken thigh
(8) Cook 1 egg with the same frying pan
(9) Cover the lid to continue cooking the egg with residual heat
(10) Take out the egg

Building a Chicken Potato Salad
(1) Cut fried chicken thigh into small pieces
(2) Cut garlic into small pieces
(3) Cut egg into small pieces
(4) Add all ingredients into mashed potatoes
(5) Squeeze excess juice out of onion and add the onion into potato salad
(6) Add broccoli
(7) 2~3 tbsp of mayonnaise
(8) Some salt & pepper
(9) Mix the salad well


Instructions
French Toast
(1) 10g of butter
(2) Put to low heat
(3) Put in toast
(4) fry until golden brown
(5) Plating
