Presented by Contemplative Outreach, this is the first main talk in an enrichment weekend by Fr. Richard Rohr and Fr. Thomas Keating, recorded Sept. 29, 2007 in Houston, TX.

As Fr. Richard explains, divine indwelling is in us. It doesn’t depend on moral worthiness. It’s not about us. We fall in love with a God who is already loving us. This is the beauty of contemplative consciousness. The Trinity is communion, relationship, and participation. We cannot be introduced to Jesus without being introduced to the Father and the Spirit. Very little will be accomplished unless we are always aware of the Trinity and the divine indwelling at the center of our being. When we breathe in and breathe out, we are unconsciously mouthing the sound "Yahweh."
