Materials
1 egg
1 tea glass of milk (100ml)
1 tea glass of yoghurt (100g)
1 tea glass of water (100ml)
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)
1 tablespoon of vinegar (10ml)
1 pack of baking powder (10g)
About 4.5 cups of flour (add 540g in a controlled manner)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)

To grease the dough
150g butter
1 tea glass of oil (100ml)

For internal mortar
1 glass of oil (200ml)
700gr onion
400gr minced meat
1 tea glass of bulgur for meatballs (75g)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
1 tablespoon dried basil
salt, parsley
